Shipping

All products are shipped from Germany with FedEx, GLS, DHL or UPS. When products are in stock, delivery to most European destinations normally takes approximately 3–6 business days after ordering.

If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week may be required. We will inform you of the expected shipping time after your order is placed. Larger or heavier products and batteries can only be shipped by road transport, so additional delivery time may be required. In rare cases, additional charges may also apply.

Certain batteries, particularly Sonnenschein, Hoppecke and Classic OPzS batteries, have longer delivery times. SOLARA and DCsolar products are currently shipped only within the EU and to selected destinations outside Europe.

Payment

Secure card payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna in three instalments.

Bank transfer and various local payment methods are also available through Viva.com. Please contact us for our bank details or alternative payment methods. Wise is also available for customers outside the eurozone.

Prices, invoices and VAT

Prices are displayed with the VAT rate of the country from which you are viewing our page or the country of delivery. Select your country in the country switcher to view the correct prices.

Toosolar has an EU VAT number registered in the EU One Stop Shop (OSS), and invoices are issued with the VAT rate of the delivery country. You can view the applicable VAT and shipping costs by adding a product to the cart and entering the delivery country and postal code in the checkout page.

VAT is not applied automatically during checkout for customers in Norway and Switzerland. Customers from these countries will have to pay the VAT to the courier before delivery.

UK deliveries

Besides our EU VAT number, Toosolar also has a UK VAT number. The 20% UK VAT is therefore paid during checkout, and the order arrives without the need to pay import VAT and courier collection fees before delivery.

There are no customs tariffs for products made in the EU and for many of the products in our online catalog. Please contact us for further information.

Business customers

EU businesses and professionals with a valid VAT number registered in VIES qualify for a VAT-exempt invoice. You can check your VAT number on the European Commission VIES website.

Enter your VAT number in the checkout page after entering your address so that VAT can be deducted automatically.

You may also enter the VAT number next to the company name when ordering. If the number is valid in VIES and VAT has already been paid, we can issue an intra-Community EU invoice and refund the VAT. Alternatively, please contact us.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return the product to our warehouse in Germany for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it remains new, unopened and unused and is returned in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide an RMA number and the correct return address.
