We offer fast and safe shipping from Germany. All orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly materials. Most products in our catalog are shipped by GLS or FedEx. When products are in stock, delivery to most European destinations normally takes approximately 3–6 business days after ordering.

If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required, although some products may have longer lead times. We will inform you of the expected shipping time after your order is placed. Please contact us if you need to know the expected shipping date before ordering.

Larger or heavier products and batteries may require road freight and additional delivery time. Please see the Road Freight and Oversized Products section below.

Shipping costs may be higher for some islands. Please contact us for a shipping quotation if your address is on a remote island.

We ship to all European countries and many other countries around the world. Please contact us if no shipping rate appears for your country during checkout.

To view the available shipping costs, add the products to the cart and enter the delivery country and postal code during checkout. If no shipping rate appears after entering the destination, the shipping cost must be calculated separately. Please contact us for a shipping quotation.

SOLARA and DCsolar products are shipped from Germany using an insured UPS service. When they are in stock, delivery to most European destinations normally takes approximately 6–9 business days after ordering.

SOLARA and DCsolar products are shipped only within the EU and to selected destinations outside Europe. They are not currently shipped to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Canada or the United States. For other destinations outside Europe, please contact us to confirm availability and request a shipping quotation.

For larger or heavier SOLARA and DCsolar products, the road-freight rules below also apply.

Road Freight and Oversized Products

Oversized products, including solar panels measuring 1.5 meters or longer, Steca refrigerators, certain Engel refrigerators and batteries weighing more than 15 kg, are shipped by road freight.

Batteries weighing more than 15 kg must be shipped as dangerous goods using a road freight forwarder.

Road-freight costs depend on the final destination and cannot always be calculated automatically during checkout. Please contact us for more information or a shipping quotation.

Please note that certain batteries have considerably longer delivery times. Sonnenschein, Hoppecke and Classic OPzS batteries may require up to two months or longer in some cases.

Please contact us if you would like to confirm the lead time of a particular battery before ordering.

Shipping Times

When products are in stock, delivery to most European destinations normally takes approximately 3–6 business days after ordering. Estimated shipping times will be provided once your order is placed.

The following shipping times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability.

Indicative Shipping Times by Brand

  • Phaesun: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most Phaesun products, particularly solar panels, are regularly in stock.
  • SOLARA: Usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Most SOLARA products are regularly in stock.
  • Steca: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Most Steca products are regularly in stock.
  • Studer: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days for charge controllers, accessories, certain AJ inverter models and a limited number of XTM models. Studer products that are not in stock are normally shipped approximately 3–4 weeks after ordering.
  • Victron: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most of the Victron catalog is regularly in stock or available for shipping within one week.
  • Morningstar: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most Morningstar charge controllers and accessories are regularly in stock.
  • OutBack: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. OutBack FLEXmax charge controllers and certain inverter models are regularly in stock.
  • Western: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most Western products are regularly in stock.
  • Phocos: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most Phocos products are regularly in stock.
  • Silentwind: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required. Most Silentwind products are regularly in stock.
  • Hoppecke: Only a limited number of AGM batteries are normally in stock. Most batteries are shipped approximately eight weeks after ordering.
  • GNB: Usually shipped within 8–10 weeks.
  • Sonnenschein: Usually shipped within 8–10 weeks. Only certain Solar Block models are normally in stock.
  • Intact: Usually shipped within 4–5 business days.
  • Shurflo: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Most Shurflo products are regularly in stock.
  • Grundfos: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required.
  • WECO: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required.
  • Pytes: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days. If a product is not in stock, approximately one additional week is usually required.
  • Sunsynk: Certain products are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Most other products can be shipped within 1–2 weeks after ordering.
  • BLUETTI: Certain products are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Most other products can be shipped within 1–2 weeks after ordering.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Shipping prices may vary for oversized products and road-freight items.
  • Standard delivery times may be affected by country-specific delays, including customs procedures, border areas and island deliveries.
  • Shipping rates for Denmark do not include the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
  • Customs-clearance surcharges may apply in certain European customs regions.
  • For parcels sent through the Pick & Return service, no liability is accepted for missing items or defects in the contents.
