Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Parcel Post
Fast and safe shipping from Germany. All orders are shipped well-packed in ecological materials. Most products are shipped with FedEx or GLS and when in stock, they are usually delivered in most European countries around 3-6 business days after ordering. When an item is not in stock an extra week is usually needed, we'll inform you about it immediately. Please contact us if you need to know the precise shipping date.
The SOLARA and DCsolar products are shipped with UPS insured shipping and when in stock they are usually delivered in about 6-9 business days after ordering. The SOLARA products are not shipped in Switzerland, Norway and the UK. Please ask us for a shipping quote if your shipping address is outside Europe.
Larger solar panels (longer than 1,5 meters) most batteries and products that weigh more than 30 kg have to be shipped with road cargo. Please ask us for a shipping quote if your address doesn't have automated shipping costs during checkout.
Shipping costs for some islands may also be higher, please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if you are located on a remote island.
You may also choose to collect the items from any GLS ParcelShop or FedEx Pick-Up Point, please contact us if you wish to do so.
We ship in all European Union countries, please contact us if you don't see your country in the checkout. Worldwide and express shipping available, ask us for a quote.
Please note that we do not currently ship the SOLARA products in the USA and Canada, but we do ship them in other non European countries. Please ask us for a shipping quote.
In order to see the shipping costs, please add the products in the cart and then set the country and postal code of delivery in the checkout page. If there isn't a shipping rate after entering the selected country it means we'll have to calculate the shipping cost separately, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Road Cargo
Oversized products such as solar panels equal or longer than 1,5 meters, the Steca and certain Engel refrigerators, and all batteries that weigh more than 15 kg are shipped with Road Freight the cost of which depends on the final destination and cannot always be calculated in automatically; additional charges may need to be applied in some cases, please contact us for more details. Please note that certain batteries have long delivery times, especially the Sonnenschein batteries may have delivery times of 2 months or even more in certain cases. Please contact us if you want to know the lead time of any of the batteries of our catalog.
Notes
- The prices may vary for oversize products and road cargo items.
- The ordinary lead time may be subject to country-specific delays (e.g. customs authorities, border areas, islands…).
- Denmark's shipping cost is without Faroe Islands and Greenland.
- Please observe the customs surcharges for customs clearance in certain customs regions in Europe.
- Airfreight is calculated according to volume weight (length x width x height in cm / 6.000) in case the volume weight exceeds the real weight.
- For packages that are sent via Pick & Return service, there is no liability for the completeness and any defects of the content.
- The base price refers to the highest zone of the chosen countries of the Euro Business Parcel.
- If the value of the goods for the export in EFTA countries exceeds 1.000,-€ you need an export declaration.
- Remote island surcharge is around 13 € / Packages over 25 kg or a length over 120 cm are to be invoice with the < 30 kg rate.
